Didn't work. My husband and I both suffer from IBS; the probiotics we've taken only helped somewhat. After trying this, my husband experienced bloating for hours, and I endured painful intestinal cramps all day, impacting my work. I am not stating it's a bad product, but it certainly didn’t work wonders for us.
